About The Position
The successful candidate will manage the Vertiv NPDI (New Product Development Introduction) process for product development as well as phase out. This role involves working closely with the SWGR Product Manager to develop the new product's requirement specification, ensuring alignment with market needs in the data center and commercial industrial sectors. The candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to create feature specifications, assist in marketing communications, manage prototype samples, and ensure financial success of the product. Reporting at the executive level on project progress and interconnections with other projects is also a key responsibility. The position requires close collaboration with Advanced Manufacturing Engineers to ensure manufacturability and capital investment considerations are met, with operations potentially extending to non-domestic locations as needed.
