About The Position

MAIN FUNCTIONS:
- 250+ inbound calls/day and transfer callers to where they need to go and who they need to speak with
- Answer calls for 14 Health facilities
- Page physicians on behalf of patients
- Greets customer via telephone
- Handles any and all calls that come through on the hospitals 1-800 line
- Answers questions regarding hours, locations, personal, etc.
- Transfers emergency calls to ER

Requirements

• 1+ year of steady employment in a call center role where 50+ calls are taken/day
• High caliber of customer service (professionalism, polite)
• No more than 4 jobs in 5 years
