About The Position

Join the MercyOne Genesis family! We are looking to hire a Switchboard Operator!
As a Switchboard Operator at MercyOne Genesis, you will:
Be responsible for providing efficient and courteous service for all calls processed at the switchboard communication center
Provide immediate response in the proper manner to all emergency alarms and equipment alerts
Monitor security areas as needed
Schedule:
Part Time
12 hours/week
Every other Friday and Saturay 2:30p-11p. Every Monday 8a-11a. Every other Tuesday 2:30p-5:30p

Requirements

• No experience required
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience
