The Switchboard operator provides quality experience for our first-time callers, members and potential donors, whose initial phone contact with the organization is through the switchboard system. This person is responsible for handling over 20,000 incoming calls/year with courtesy and professionalism while gaining information as to the nature of the call as quickly as possible to transfer the caller to the most appropriate department.
