As a Swiss Set Up/Operator at Regal Rexnord Cleveland, you will be responsible for set up and operations of the Swiss department and perform intricate and close tolerance machining of small, advanced precision components according to specifications.

Requirements

• Must be proficient in the setup and operation of all CNC Swiss equipment.
• Must be proficient in blueprint or op drawing interpretation, geometric tolerancing and the mathematics required to perform the most advanced CNC operations
• Experience should include knowledge of Mitsubishi controls.
• Must possess the ability to use a wide variety of measuring devices to inspect components produced.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Swiss CNC Lathe Setup & Operate: 3 -5 years (Required)
• Interpret and understand verbal and written directions.
• Ability to interact in a team environment to complete a variety of tasks.
• ITAR Registered
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and stand 100% of the day.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.
• This position is subject to policies and procedures set forth by the State Department and applicants who do not meet such requirements will not be eligible for the position.
• Please note that you must be in your current position for a minimum of 6 months to be eligible to apply for other internal positions.
