This field-based role focuses on building customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and ensuring company brands are consistently represented at the highest standard. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have a valid driver's license, personal vehicle and insurance
- Minimum of two years of successful sales and/or customer service experience
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior sales experience in a related industry
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key account contacts
- Drive outside sales revenue and increase distribution of company brands
- Prospect for new accounts through regular outside sales calls
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet volume and distribution goals
- Anticipate objections and provide effective solutions
- Ensure product is in code, saleable, and properly merchandised
- Maintain or increase shelf space and secure secondary displays
- Monitor competitive activity and report market insights
- Support promotional events, grand openings, and special dealer requests
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and voicemails
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
- Maintain company equipment and property in clean, working condition
- Follow all company policies, safety standards, and recall procedures
