About The Position

E.L. Harvey & Sons is looking for a safety conscience Swing Driver to join our GROWING team in Tyngsborough, MA. Drivers interested in secure, steady employment in a family atmosphere are encouraged to apply. This position will cover ALL lines of business, Residential, Roll Off and Commercial Front Load. Pay Rate: $36.00+ per hour Dependent on Experience Schedule: Monday-Friday 3:00am to 5:00am start time / 50 to 55 hours per week. Saturday's as needed.

Requirements

• Valid Class A or B CDL
• Clean driving record
• 1 year of local route driving experience

Responsibilities

• Safely operating a garbage truck on specified routes to collect solid waste.
• Reading route sheets and service each customer identified on the sheet or assigned by the dispatcher.
• Performing routine post and pre route inspections on vehicles such as checking fluids, safety equipment, and tires.
• Having professional and courteous interactions with our customers when needed.
• Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
