About The Position

The purpose of this position is to be skilled on a variety of jobs on the line, in the department or facility in order to assist the supervisor when needed. This position description is intended to guide the activities of the Swing Crew and is not intended to limit the thinking and creativity of the person to the work of this function nor is it intended that this describe all the work that may be required of the person in this position.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a company issued pallet jack and forklift license.
• Preference for poultry or food processing organization experience.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Coordinates work to ensure B.E.S.T practices with all team members.
• Attends appropriate team meetings.
• Fosters strong cohesiveness regarding all major issues.
• Accepts responsibility to quickly identify any areas that lack cohesiveness.
• Communicates concerns and improvement ideas.
