About The Position
The Activity Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and directing a comprehensive activity program for Swing Bed patients that meets psychosocial, physical, cognitive, and emotional needs. This role supports patient quality of life, rehabilitation goals, and compliance with CMS Conditions of Participation for Swing Bed services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Nice To Haves
- Certification or coursework in activity programming, recreation therapy, or a related field preferred.
