Requirements

• 3+ years of successful experience in fast-paced top-level sales.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a drug test and have a clean background report.
• Sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 'Design Consultation' with customers to explain pool ownership features.
• Design and recommend backyard pools using professional pool design software.
• Conduct immediate and scheduled follow-up appointments with customers.
• Present the company and explain the pool building process during 'Design Presentations'.
• Provide completed contract packets to the business manager for approval.
• Be present at key construction phases, such as Day of Dig and Day of Gunite, to guide customers and construction managers.
• Build referral relationships and exceed customer expectations.
