About The Position

The Commercial Manager at Priority Pools is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service division focused on commercial swimming pools. Requirements

• At least 3 years of swimming pool repair and commercial experience in the field.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in management or operations management.

• Self-motivated and capable of working both in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily service operations of 2-3 technicians, one sales admin, and one team lead.
• Schedule and assist technicians in troubleshooting problems and performing quality control of their work.
• Hire and train future technicians.
• Address and resolve customer issues.
• Sell repairs and quote new accounts for services.
• Perform miscellaneous office duties.
