About The Position

The Swimming MS Head Coach Co-Ed position is responsible for leading and managing the middle school swimming program at Maxson & Hubbard Middle for the winter season of 2025-26. The coach will be expected to develop the skills of the student-athletes, promote teamwork, and ensure a positive and competitive environment. The role includes planning practices, organizing meets, and communicating with parents and school administration.

Requirements

• BA Degree in a relevant field.
• Sufficient participation in swimming to learn and master basic skills and techniques.
• Previous assistant or head coaching experience is desired.
• Valid New Jersey Teaching Certificate.
• CPR/AED and Sports First Aid certifications.

Nice To Haves

• Experience coaching at the middle school level.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
