About The Position
As a Swim Team Coach, you will provide guidance, support, and encouragement to help kids and members develop their swimming techniques and achieve their full potential. You will conduct swim team practices, building strong, confident swimmers through our swim team program. The swim coach will also assist with conducting practices, motivating athletes, and organizing the swimming program. This position is responsible for enforcing pool rules to ensure the safety of the swim team program and its participants.
