About The Position
Ready to make a splash? British Swim School is looking for an energetic Swim Team Coach to lead our Barracuda Swim Team. This is the perfect role for someone who loves swimming, enjoys working with kids, and wants to create a fun and motivating team environment. Here at British Swim School, we are more than just a fun, surface-level swim lesson provider. We strive to make a substantial impact within our communities to combat the tragically high child drowning statistics. We invest in quality team members to teach our lessons with the mindset that we are two schools in one, a survival school first and a learn-to-swim school second. As a result, we can support our mission “to ensure that every person, regardless of age or ability, has the opportunity to become a safe and happy swimmer”.
Requirements
- Swim team or coaching experience is a plus
- Great with kids and parents
- Positive, energetic, and reliable
- CPR/First Aid certified or willing to get certified
Responsibilities
- Run practices that build strong strokes, endurance, and team spirit
- Motivate swimmers to reach their goals
