About The Position

The Swim School is looking for fun, outgoing, and friendly swim instructors who have a heart for teaching kids and making a difference! Experience in swim instruction is great, but not required—we can train you to teach! We have multiple classes and swim levels for children ages 8 weeks and up. Part time & full time positions are available for morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts. This is a year-round position (not only summer).

Responsibilities

• Teach the proper skill each lesson in a safe and engaging way
• Communicate consistently with children and parents to set achievable goals for each class
• Build positive and encouraging relationships with clients and their families
• Create a fun, upbeat atmosphere during your class while also maintaining the highest level of safety
• Clean and maintain the swim school area
