What would you do as a Swim school Instructor As a newly appointed Swim School Instructor at the Jewish Community Center of Louisville, your day-to-day expectations will revolve around providing high-quality swim instruction tailored to various skill levels. You will engage with students, creating personalized lesson plans that foster both aquatic safety and skill development. Instructors are expected to lead lessons in a clear, enthusiastic manner, adjusting techniques based on individual progress. Additionally, you will maintain a safe and hygienic pool environment by adhering to safety protocols and conducting regular equipment checks.
