We are seeking a dedicated and organized Swim Lessons Coordinator to assist with the planning, scheduling, and delivery of our swimming instruction programs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to community health and safety by ensuring high-quality swim lessons for participants of all ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for promoting water safety. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Develop and implement swim lesson schedules that meet the needs of various age groups and skill levels Coordinate with swim instructors to ensure effective lesson delivery and adherence to safety standards Recruit, train, and evaluate swim instructors and lifeguards Monitor and maintain equipment, facilities, and safety protocols to ensure a safe learning environment Manage participant registration, attendance, and feedback to enhance program quality Promote swim programs through community outreach, marketing, and partnership development Track program budgets, expenses, and resources to ensure efficient operations Maintain accurate records of participant progress and instructor performance DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Proven experience in swim instruction, coaching, or aquatic program management Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of water safety standards and first aid/CPR certification Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on participant satisfaction Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in aquatic management or related fields are a plus Join our team and be part of a vibrant community dedicated to promoting water safety and healthy living!
