About The Position

Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the incumbent will perform swim instruction duties at the Memorial pool. Primary Responsibilities: Plan and teach group swim lessons to children and adults. While on duty, supervise the pool area where these lessons are being taught. Identify and immediately address any safety concerns which may occur in their area. Selected candidates must successfully pass their criminal background check in order to be considered for this position.

Requirements

• NLS as well as Standard First Aid are required.
• Two-year coaching/teaching experience is requested.
• Knowledge of French and English.

• 3 Years Related Experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience in coaching competitive swim is favorable, but not required.
