THE CITY OF LEAWOOD, KANSAS is looking for a Swim Lesson Instructor Are you ideal for working as a Swim Lesson Instructor at the Leawood Aquatic? Do you have a high school diploma or equivalent? Are you 18 years of age OR older? Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills? Are you reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment? Are you ready to make some extra money for the summer? Do you have swimming experience? Do you enjoy working with kids and helping them learn? As the Swim Lesson Instructor, you will work: Approximately 30 hours per week between 8:30 am -12:00 pm and 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm. Weekdays, nights, weekends, and one to two holidays. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age OR older
- Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
- Swimming experience
- Enjoy working with kids and helping them learn
Responsibilities
- Plan and instruct group and/or private swim lessons at the Leawood Aquatic Center.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and track participant progress in swim lessons.
