About The Position

We are seeking highly motivated Swim Lesson Instructors to join our team in Charlotte with AquaTech Pool Management. As a Swim Lesson Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality swim lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels. You will work closely with our clients to ensure that they receive the best possible instruction and guidance in a safe and supportive environment. Your main goal will be to help students develop their swimming skills and achieve their goals in a fun and engaging way.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Swim Lesson Instructor or Lifeguard
• Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and safety practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality swim lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels
• Assess student' swimming abilities and provide appropriate instruction in alignment with swim curriculum
• Ensure the safety of all students during lessons
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment
