About The Position

Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Glendale is hiring Swim Instructors. This is a part-time position offering flexible hours, suitable for individuals aged 16 and above. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided to teach children how to swim and ensure their safety in the water. The role involves working in a fun and supportive team environment within an indoor, 90-degree pool, with the opportunity to make a significant impact by imparting life-saving skills.

Requirements

• Confident swimmer (you don’t need to be an Olympic athlete!)
• Great with kids and love working with them
• Positive attitude, high energy, and great communication
• Reliable and on-time
• Physically able to lift 30 lbs, climb out of the pool, and work in warm water for 4–5 hours

Responsibilities

• Teaching swim lessons using our proven curriculum
• Cheering on kids as they learn and grow in the water
• Making lessons fun, safe, and memorable
• Talking with parents and teammates with confidence and positivity
• Keeping things on time and organized
• Pitching in with simple cleanup tasks to keep the place looking great
