About The Position

Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Glendale is hiring Swim Instructors. No experience is needed, and training will be provided to teach kids how to swim and be safe in the water. The role is part-time, flexible, active, and fun, suitable for individuals aged 16 and above.

Requirements

• Confident swimmer (you don’t need to be an Olympic athlete!)
• Great with kids and love working with them
• Positive attitude, high energy, and great communication
• Reliable and on time
• Physically able to lift 30 lbs., climb out of the pool, and work in warm water for 4–5 hours

Responsibilities

• Teaching swim lessons using our proven curriculum
• Cheering on kids as they learn and grow in the water
• Making lessons fun, safe, and memorable
• Talking with parents and teammates with confidence and positivity
• Keeping things on time and organized
• Pitching in with simple cleanup tasks to keep the place looking great
