About The Position

The Swim Instructor position involves teaching swimming lessons to individuals of various ages and skill levels. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Driver's License is required.
• 1 year of swim lesson instruction experience (preferred).
• 2 years of swimming on a swim team (preferred).
• Lifeguard Certification (preferred).
• Water Safety Instructor (WSI) Certification (preferred).
• CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups.
• Ensure the safety of all participants during lessons.
• Develop lesson plans tailored to the skill levels of students.
• Provide feedback and encouragement to students to improve their swimming skills.
• Maintain a clean and safe swimming environment.
