As a Swim Instructor at Nuffield Health, you will provide safe and effective swimming lessons for customers at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites. This role is part-time and operates on a bank basis, meaning you will work on an ad-hoc schedule that suits both the business needs and your availability. You will need to possess a Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification, along with excellent communication skills and a passion for swimming. Your responsibilities will include engaging swimmers of all ages, delivering one-to-one lessons or group classes, and promoting memberships by explaining the advantages of our facilities.
