About The Position

Join Our Swim Instructor Team at Bulldog Swim Academy! Do you love working with kids? Want to make a real difference in the water? We’re looking for friendly, supportive, and high-energy Swim Instructors to help children (ages 4–12) build confidence, safety, and skill in the pool. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, if you bring a positive attitude and care about kids, we’ll train you on our proven curriculum and support your growth every step of the way. What You’ll Do: Lead fun, structured swim lessons for children ages 6 months to 12 years (focus on ages 4–12). Follow our progressive, skill-based curriculum tailored to each student’s comfort and confidence. Keep classes safe, focused, and full of small victories—no matter the student’s starting point. Requirements

A genuine love for kids and teaching
Strong communication and patience—especially with first-timers or nervous swimmers
Comfort in the water and basic swimming ability (we’ll teach you how to teach)
Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to get certified with our help)

Nice To Haves

Previous coaching or swim instruction experience is a plus, but not required
