Requirements

The ability to work a consistent weekly schedule with minimal absences

Responsibilities

Teach swim lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs.
Ensure the safety of all students in and around the water, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
Track and assess students’ progress, providing feedback to students and parents to ensure continuous improvement.
Work collaboratively with other teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Foster a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment that helps build confidence in both students and staff.
