About The Position

Instruct Red Cross swimming lessons to ages 6 months to adult, levels infant/parent thru level 6. Status: Part Time Reports to: Swim Lesson Coordinator Responsibilities: Parent Interaction Complete and hand out progress reports at the end of each session Report names of participants who have passed their level, to the Swim Coordinator

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Must have knowledge of and ability to transfer the principles and methods used in teaching swimming
• Must be Water Safety Instructor Certified
• Must be certified in CPR for the professional rescuer
• Must teach a minimum of 4 classes a month
• Required to be available weekday evenings and/or Saturday and Sunday mornings

Responsibilities
