About The Position

At Watermelon Swim, we’re more than just a swim school — we’re a family that believes every splash counts! If you love working with kids, bring positive energy everywhere you go, and want a job that feels more like purpose than work, we’d love to meet you. We’ll teach you everything you need to know — no prior swim instructor experience required! You’ll receive paid training and ongoing support to help you grow both in and out of the pool. Watermelon Swim's mission is to grow a community full of safer swimmers and reduce the risks while increasing confidence in and around water.

Requirements

• Passionate, friendly, reliable, and patient
• A strong communicator who easily builds trust with kids and parents
• Experience working with children (bonus if you love making them smile!)
• Must be CPR/First Aid certified within the first 45 days of hire
• At least 16 years old
