The SwimRVA Swim Instructor job duties: Manage a wet classroom consistent with SwimRVA's unique teaching platform Effectively teach swimming skills and water safety to children and adults Creatively incorporate diverse and fun activities into lessons Assess participants swimming skills for appropriate station placement and advancement

• A desire to grow professionally through aquatics
