Requirements
- Passion for working with children
- High energy and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and be coached
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Comfort working in the water up to 25 hours/week
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be active on your feet
- Ability to pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Teaching kids how to swim using Big Blue's proven curriculum
- Creating a fun, safe, and supportive learning environment
- Delivering WOW customer service to families and teammates
- Being a positive, energetic team player in and out of the pool
