About The Position
At The Adirondack Club, we’re passionate about helping swimmers of all ages and abilities develop confidence and skills in the water. Our programs feature small class sizes in one of our two pools, personalized instruction, and a supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Red Cross Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certification
- Availability to work Saturdays and/or Sundays for a minimum of 4 total hours as well as weekdays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and helping others succeed in the water.
Responsibilities
- Teach group lessons (maximum 4 students per class) and private lessons for swimmers of various skill levels.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all swimmers.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and safety during all lessons.
