Requirements
- Must be 16+ years old
- Current certifications in Lifeguarding/Swim Instruction, CPR, First Aid, and Oxygen are a plus – or we’ll help you get them!
- A positive attitude, love for the water, and passion for making a difference
Responsibilities
- Teach swim techniques to children and adults of all skill levels
- Lead group and individual lessons using the YUSA swim progression
- Promote water safety and help swimmers build lifelong confidence
- Work with all ages—from babies in Parent/Child classes to adult learners
- Assess skills and provide encouraging, personalized feedback
