About The Position

Position Summary: Swim Instructors provide high-quality swim instruction to swimmers of all ages and abilities, including adaptive swimmers. Instructors focus on water safety, skill development, confidence-building, and creating a positive experience for every swimmer. LowCountry Swim School (LCSS) teaches swimmers of all ages and abilities to swim safely, confidently, and skillfully. We offer youth lessons, adult stroke clinics, competitive swim training, and specialized Adaptive Swim programs for individuals with disabilities. Our certified instructors focus on safety, technique, and confidence, helping every swimmer achieve their goals in a supportive, fun environment. Member schools are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member school, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this school. Requirements

Swimming experience required (competitive, recreational, or instructional)
Comfortable working with all ages and adaptive swimmers
Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

Teaching, coaching, or childcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

Teach swim lessons to children, teens, and adults
Work with swimmers of varying abilities, including individuals with disabilities
Follow lesson plans while adapting instruction to individual needs
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
Communicate professionally with families and staff
Uphold all safety and facility policies
