About The Position
NOW HIRING - BIG BLUE SWIM SCHOOL PAOLI No previous swim teaching experience needed - we provide all paid training, including Lifeguard and CPR certification! Here at Big Blue Swim School, we care about creating big moments for our swimmers and our team. We're opening a brand-new location in Springfield, Delaware County, and we're looking for energetic, coachable people who love working with kids and want to grow with us. As a Swim Associate, your primary role is teaching swim lessons - but if you enjoy the customer-facing side of things, there are opportunities to support the front desk as well. Either way, this is a place where you can build real skills and move up. What You'll Do Provide safe, fun, and effective swim instruction using Big Blue's proven curriculum Evaluate and communicate swimmer progress to families after each lesson Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment Attend ongoing training and development sessions Represent Big Blue Swim School with professionalism and a great attitude Optionally support the front desk - greeting families, checking in swimmers, and delivering excellent customer service What We Offer $14.00 – $18.00 per hour based on experience and availability Part-time and full-time positions available with consistent, reliable scheduling Paid training - Lifeguard and CPR certifications included, no prior experience required A supportive, team-first environment where your growth is a priority Full-time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Growth Opportunities Big Blue Springfield is a brand-new location - a real ground-floor opportunity.
