No Experience? No Problem! We offer paid training for the right candidates! You’ll learn the YUSA Swim Curriculum, shadow experienced instructors, earn certifications, and receive ongoing support every step of the way.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Current certifications in Lifeguarding/Swim Instruction, Pro CPR, First Aid, and Oxygen preferred – or willing to obtain
• Positive attitude, love of the water, and desire to make a difference!

Nice To Haves

• Current certifications in Lifeguarding/Swim Instruction, Pro CPR, First Aid, and Oxygen

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming techniques to children and adults of all skill levels
• Lead group and individual lessons using the YUSA swim progression
• Promote water safety and help swimmers build lifelong confidence
• Work with all ages — from Parent/Child classes to adult learners
• Assess skills and provide positive, encouraging feedback
