Requirements

• Shallow-water ELLIS Lifeguard Certification is required and offered throughout the year.
• A passion for helping others.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in aquatics, education, childcare, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Teaching 4 swimmers per class using a well-established curriculum of water safety, swim, and swimplay skills.
• Conducting infant, parent-and-me style lessons with up to 6 swimmers.
• Communicating progress and celebrating accomplishments with parents and caregivers at the end of class.
• Lifeguarding and supervising lessons as requested or needed.
