About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching swimming and ensuring the safety of all participants. This position involves instructing individuals of various ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers. The Swim Instructor will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment, developing lesson plans, and providing feedback to participants to help them improve their swimming skills. Additionally, the instructor will monitor pool activities to ensure safety and compliance with all regulations.

Requirements

• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Previous experience as a swim instructor or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Lifeguard certification.
• Experience working with children and youth.
• Knowledge of various swimming techniques and styles.

Responsibilities

• Instruct swimming lessons for individuals of all ages and skill levels.
• Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the needs of participants.
• Monitor pool activities to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
