About The Position

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable leading in a small group setting.
• Comfortable in and around the water.
• Must maintain certifications throughout the length of employment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children.
• Customer service skills: 1 year preferred.
• Swim Instructor or general teaching experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Instruct swimming lessons in accordance with British Swim School training and program standards.
• Maintain certifications throughout employment.
• Create a fun, professional, and safe environment for all students and parents.
• Assist and guide parents and swimmers on the pool deck as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, mornings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
