Works as part of a team to instruct children how to be safe in and around the water. Curriculum focuses on using fun and games to facilitate confidence and learning. Paid training provided. Participates in monthly team-building meetings and events to hone lifesaving skills and build workplace culture. This is a part-time job. After training, you may only receive between 4 to 12 hours a week once you've proven yourself to be a reliable team member, you can earn more shifts if you want them.
