About The Position

We are seeking reliable, professional swim instructors who enjoy working with children and value a stable, structured, low-drama workplace. This role is ideal for individuals who value steady part-time work and enjoy teaching in a calm, organized environment. What We Offer Small class sizes (3 students per instructor) Consistent, fixed weekly schedule Approximately 25+ hours per week Indoor pool facilities Structured lesson plans provided Supportive, organized management Competitive hourly pay with longevity-based increases Responsibilities Teach swim lessons to children ages 4 months through adults Follow curriculum and safety protocols Create a calm, positive learning environment Communicate professionally with parents when needed Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance Work as part of a respectful, team-oriented staff What We Are Looking For Consistent and dependable attendance is required Comfort working with children Calm, patient, professional demeanor Ability to follow structure and routine Prior teaching, childcare, coaching, or swim experience preferred Must be at least 18 years old This position is best suited for applicants seeking stable, long-term employment rather than short-term or seasonal work. Applicants with experience in education, childcare, healthcare, coaching, or customer service are encouraged to apply. Schedule - Fixed Weekly Shifts Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Tuesdays & Thursdays: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM No rotating schedules No last-minute shift changes Compensation Competitive hourly pay Pay increases based on performance and longevity ALL candidates will complete a drug screening and a background check prior to the start of employment.
