About The Position

The Alaska Club is currently hiring Swim Instructors. This role is a fun and dynamic position that offers a great team environment and flexible work schedule. Our Swim Instructors provide leadership and instruction to swimmers of all ages in our swim lesson programs. Join our team and help develop your leadership skills while providing life-saving skills to our community. This is a great opportunity for students or anyone looking for their first professional job. There is also a potential opportunity for additional hours as a Lifeguard.

Requirements

• 16 years of age or older
• Ability to swim free-style / crawl stroke
• First Aid & CPR certification (provided by The Alaska Club)
• Weekend availability (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and instruction to swimmers of all ages in swim lesson programs
• Help develop leadership skills in a fitness environment
• Teach life-saving skills to the community
