About The Position
The Sweeper Driver must complete scheduled routes and miscellaneous work orders as needed. Much of this position involves the maintenance of commercial properties’ exterior lots and facilities, changing trash liners, blowing debris from the perimeter of the parking lots, clearing moss, pressure washing, spill control, and Winter services. This individual must be punctual and dependable and can follow safety and company rules/regulations
Requirements
- Must have a clean driving record and a current, valid State Driver’s License.
- Must also be able to obtain and retain a DOT Medical Card.
- The ability to read and interpret documents and use a handheld smartphone data device that provides information such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Arrives to work consistently and on time, ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent, arrives at meetings and appointments on time, completes tasks on time or notifies a supervisor with an alternate plan.
