About The Position
The SWD Operator is responsible for monitoring, assessing, and communicating the daily operations of Water Solutions facilities and pipelines. This position travels to multiple salt water disposal (SWD) sites to ensure optimal functionality of pumps and other equipment, and to capture and report on relevant data. In addition, the SWD Operator troubleshoots and makes minor repairs. Overall, the SWD Operator is a key owner in ensuring fully operational SWD pipelines and equipment with minimal downtime.
