The Part Time Keyholder at Swatch is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a retail environment. This role involves greeting customers, utilizing product knowledge to enhance customer relationships, and achieving sales goals. The Keyholder will also perform merchandising tasks and maintain the store's organization and cleanliness. This position offers a base pay plus commission, with opportunities for internal growth and development within the company.

  • Perform merchandising tasks; stock replenishment, visual display, and upkeep of the organization and cleanliness of the store environment
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Key holder or lead sales position
  • Driven to deliver superior service to your customers

  • Able to work well as a team player in a fast-paced, energetic environment

  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
