About The Position

The Software User Experience Quality Team specializes in simulating our customer's software user experience across our most popular products. We do this to ensure we are shipping high-quality software that meets our customer's expectations. We perform functional and user-centric testing on iOS and macOS, with a focus on the overall customer experience of using our products. You will provide perspective and guidance on how it feels to use our products to help us deliver the best possible experiences. As a member of our fast-paced group in Software Quality, you will have the unique and rewarding opportunity to shape and improve the software that allows our products to delight and inspire millions of Apple's customers every day.

Responsibilities

  • Test software like a user while being vigilant about every issue encountered during a test pass.
  • Assess the impact of each bug on a customer's overall product experience.
  • Process results, draw important conclusions, and present impactful data to internal partners.
  • Gather user data telemetry and update existing user flows.
  • Lead initiatives independently.
