SVS Vision Assistant Managers will be responsible for 'hosting the party' on the sales floor while managing, training, and coaching staff members. Additionally, Assistant Managers will oversee customer service topics including but not limited to sales, being present on the sales floor, troubleshooting problematic lenses or frames, styling patients, and specific administrative duties. Assistant managers work in a team of eye care professionals including optometrists. Their priority is to ensure quality service to the customers receiving eye examinations or picking out corrective lenses. Assistant managers need to have a thorough understanding of the different types of optical aids available.
