We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Digital Experience Lead (SVP) to join our digital marketing. This is a role in New York, NY. This leadership role is accountable for the web experience strategy across BNY’s global digital ecosystem, defining the vision for client-centric digital journeys. The SVP leads and develops a team of digital experience strategists and serves as the enterprise subject matter expert for web experience, ensuring end-to-end journey alignment across brand, regulatory, and regional requirements. Partnering with publishers, UX, content design, and business stakeholders, this leader transforms complex marketing needs into scalable, measurable web experiences that drive performance, consistency, and long-term growth. Additionally, the position requires strong financial services experience, with a particular focus on Investments, to ensure digital strategies align with the specific needs and regulatory landscapes of the region.
