  • Designing new solutions arising from changes in regulations and specific client needs.
  • Contributing to the global Financial Solutions team objectives in risk management, strategic planning, reporting, and financial targets.
  • Attending and participating in targeted industry conferences to enhance organizational branding goals.
  • Developing and maintaining a network of contacts in insurance companies, outside advisors, and intermediaries to source transactions and gain market intelligence.
  • 10 or more years' experience in (Re)insurance, ideally including financial solutions reinsurance transactions.
  • Familiarity with current financing techniques.
  • Knowledge of life and annuity products, ideally at a technically pricing/reserving level.
  • Experience in leading deal structuring, drafting, negotiating, internal approval, and financial analysis for complex transactions.
  • A network of solid relationships in the re/insurance marketplace.
  • Ability to present at various organizational levels, both internally and with clients.
  • Experience in legal drafting and negotiation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
