About The Position

Red Ventures Home empowers partners through a unique blend of high-scale proprietary distribution, data models, AI-enabled applications, and strategic client partnerships. We help our clients unlock significant and sustainable growth across the home services ecosystem—ranging from telecom and security to energy and home automation. We are seeking a visionary Senior Vice President of Technology to lead innovation, engineering excellence, and client-facing technology strategy for a growing subset of deeply integrated Fortune 500 Home Services partners. This executive leader will shape, operationalize, and execute a technology roadmaps that enable our strategic clients to transform their end-to-end user experiences and flows. They will leverage a combination of internal proprietary technology, leading industry applications, and combined data pipelines to drive the next evolution of user experiences. In addition to supporting our client services teams, this executive will also serve as a strategic partner to client technology teams, enabling digital transformation, innovation, and scalable growth. Requirements

  • 10+ years leading engineering teams and technical organizations at scale—preferably in fast-growth, client-facing environments.
  • Background in technology consulting, digital transformation, or leading technical workstreams in a partner-facing role.
  • A proven ability to connect technology investments to commercial outcomes and business priorities.
  • Experience building large-scale consumer platforms using modern stacks (Golang, React, AWS, Node.js, PHP, etc.).
  • A track record of hiring, mentoring, and scaling diverse and high-impact teams.
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder engagement—comfortable presenting to C-level clients and partners.
  • Passion for emerging technology, AI/ML use cases, and enabling new business models.
  • Curious with a strong desire to continuously learn and seek out innovative strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Technology Vision
  • Define and drive a forward-looking technology strategy that enables innovation across consumer platforms, partner integrations, and content distribution.
  • Balance a strong operational foundation with experimentation in emerging technologies, including AI/ML.
  • Familiar with data pipelines and proficient with building on LLMs and agentic AI.
  • Evaluate technical architecture and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Partner directly with client executives and technical leaders to align on shared growth goals.
  • Deliver scalable, performant, and data-rich experiences that create differentiated value across partner ecosystems.
  • Guide and develop engineering leaders and high-performing teams.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and delivery excellence across distributed, multidisciplinary squads.
  • Collaborate closely with business unit leaders and product counterparts to ensure Engineering is deeply integrated with the broader Home strategy.
  • Use data and insights to prioritize what drives meaningful outcomes—for the business and for our clients.
  • Oversee the design and development of new platforms and applications using modern, cloud-native architectures.
  • Be an active force in evaluating and adopting emerging technologies that deliver a competitive edge.
  • Lead all aspects of platform, data, and application engineering across the RV Home Client Growth business comprised of approximately 30 team members.
  • Engage with client CTOs, CIOs, and technical teams to advise, co-develop, and launch integrated digital experiences.
  • Oversee the build-out of next-gen content distribution systems, API platforms, and personalization layers.
  • Inspire and mentor a high-caliber team of engineering leaders and developers.
  • Establish and evolve performance metrics, development velocity, and platform reliability practices.
  • Embed Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement principles across the technology organization.
  • Identify and activate opportunities to apply AI/ML in service of client and business needs.
  • Communicate technical strategy and progress effectively to senior internal and external stakeholders.
