About The Position
The Succeed at Citi and Employee Experience Manager is responsible for enhancing the US Branch Network's recruiting, onboarding, development, and career pathing capabilities. This role aims to support talent growth and create a comprehensive employee lifecycle, while also managing the employee experience strategy aligned with Voice of Employee initiatives.
